Terms and Conditions of the "Stara Szkoła" Online Store

Price – means the amount expressed in Polish zlotys that the Customer is obliged to pay the Seller for the Goods. The price includes VAT.
Customer – a natural person, legal person, or other organizational unit placing an Order or concluding a Contract.
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Civil Code – Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 94, as amended).
Delivery cost – the cost of shipping the Goods from the Seller to the Customer.
Transport Company – an external entity delivering the Goods (e.g., courier, parcel locker).
Terms and Conditions – this document.
Online Store – the store operating at www.staraszkola.com.
Seller – Stara Szkoła sp. z o.o., ul. Placu Kilińskiego 6, 16-100 Sokółka, NIP: 5451827968, Regon: 527269257.
Order – a declaration of will by the Customer aimed at concluding a Contract for the sale of Goods.
Goods – a product available in the Online Store.
Agreement – a distance agreement for the sale of Goods concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store, concluding Agreements, payments, delivery, withdrawal from the agreement, and complaints.

Use of the store requires refraining from actions that disrupt its functioning.
The information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.

Deliveries are made by: DPD Pickup, Orlen Paczka, InPost Parcel Lockers, InPost Courier, DPD Courier, and personal collection is also possible.
The cost of delivery is indicated in the order form and is borne by the Customer.
Cash on delivery is not available – payment in advance is required.

Payment is made in advance only (prepayment).

Payment is considered made when the funds are credited to the Seller's account.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods.
Withdrawal requires informing the Seller in an unambiguous manner (e.g., by e-mail).
The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods.

The Seller is liable for defects in the Goods under the warranty provisions set out in the Civil Code.
Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@staraszkola.com or by post to the Seller's address.
Complaint processing time. The Seller shall consider the Customer's complaint within 14 calendar days of its receipt.
If the Seller does not respond within this period, the complaint shall be deemed justified.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. The amendments shall not affect orders placed before their publication.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
